Call us at (503) 362-4335 so a technician is ready for you. We connect Monday through Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.

Download Splashtop SOS
Click the orange "Download Splashtop SOS" button. It works on both Windows PCs and Macs.

Open the Downloaded File
Look for the file in your browser's download bar or your Downloads folder and open it. On a Mac, you may be asked to allow screen access.

Read Us Your 9-Digit Code
The app shows a 9-digit session code. Read it to your technician over the phone. We can only connect with that code.

Sit Back — We'll Take It From Here
Keep your computer on and connected while we work. You can watch everything we do and end the session at any time.
